Since airSlate purchased the signNow in 2018 I managed to worked with most parts of the product.
Before the acquisition, the product already had a large customer base, but design was developed immediately by the front end team and looked old, outdated and uncomfortable. After fix small issues we start to rethink and redesign product based on AB tests and taking into account the legacy.
This was our first step. We worked out all the components, taking into account the specifics of the product and relying on already existing approaches in company to create own design system.
